Parution – “Paper waste grown as a biocalcified foam” – Research Directions: Biotechnology design

This article entitled “Paper waste grown as a biocalcified foam: perspectives from a bacterial and design viewpoint”  co-written by Aurélie Mosse, Vincent Rennie, Quentin Poudoulec et Daniel Suarez has been accepted in the Research Directions: Biotechnology Design journal. Available in free access at this link, the article introduces the first rigidification results driven by bacteria of a foam made from paper waste, developed in the context of the interdisciplinary project ImpressioVivo, led by the Soft Matters research group with the support of the French National Agency for Research (ANR).
