Vidéo de l’intervention de Samuel Bianchini au Centre Pompidou dans le cadre du colloque « L’IA en question, questions à l’IA », qui s’est tenu en mai 2025.
« Peu d’innovations ou de révolutions suscitent autant de débats que l’intelligence artificielle. Pour qui vote ChatGPT ? Quel est le rapport coût/bénéfice environnemental et social de son émergence ? Quelles dépendances sont en train de naître et quelles autonomies peuvent être conquises ? Faut-il instaurer un moratoire sur l’IA ?
Réunissant une trentaine d’experts et de créateurs, en lien avec l’exposition « Le monde selon l’IA » du Jeu de Paume, ces débats touchent à l’esthétique, l’économie, l’éthique et la politique. L’IA intervient « en personne » par le biais d’un dispositif conçu à l’Ircam.

Video of Samuel Bianchini’s talk at the Centre Pompidou as part of the symposium “AI in Question, Questions for AI”, which took place in May 2025.
“Few innovations or revolutions spark as much debate as artificial intelligence. Who does ChatGPT vote for? What is the environmental and social cost-benefit ratio of its emergence? What new dependencies are being created, and what forms of autonomy can be achieved? Should we establish a moratorium on AI?
Bringing together around thirty experts and creators, in connection with the exhibition ‘The World According to AI’ at the Jeu de Paume, these debates address questions of aesthetics, economics, ethics, and politics. AI even takes part ‘in person’ through a system designed at Ircam.
